When used for nucleic acid extraction, the cell pellet and supernatant were distinctly separated, allowing smoother downstream extraction and higher product purity. Previously, uneven centrifugal force often left residual cell debris in the supernatant, but this issue has been greatly reduced, improving library preparation success rates.

Last week, I demonstrated serum separation for undergraduate students who gathered around the lab bench to observe. The centrifuge accelerated smoothly and stopped gently, and the serum was clearly separated from the cell layer.

Once, a bit of reagent accidentally splashed inside the chamber. After cleaning, the appearance and operation were completely unaffected. The stainless steel housing feels much more resistant to chemicals and long-term wear than plastic, making it ideal for a busy clinical laboratory.

One night, a student tried to open the lid before the samples were properly secured. Fortunately, the safety lock engaged automatically, preventing the lid from opening. The machine sounded an alarm and decelerated safely, avoiding sample spillage and possible injury. After that incident, everyone gained more trust in the safety system, and night operations became much more reassuring.

After continuous use for several hours, the machine still performs stably without any issues.
