Return Policy

At StonyLab, we value every customer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer free returns of saleable products within 35 days.

Return Guidelines

  • Labware: Returns accepted within 35 days of receipt. Items must be in original, saleable condition.
  • Equipment: Returns accepted within 35 days of receipt only if the package is unopened. A restocking fee applies once the equipment has been shipped:
    • Small equipment: Minimum 10% restocking fee
    • Large equipment (>70 lb): 40% restocking fee
  • Catalysts: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Crystals: Returns accepted only if there is a quality issue. Contact us within 35 days of receipt with clear photos for evaluation.
  • Custom Products: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Bulk Purchases: Final sale. No returns accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping is free for eligible products. For non-eligible or special items (e.g. customized, bulk, or non-returnable categories), shipping and restocking fees may apply.

How to Request a Return

You can submit a return request through your StonyLab account:

  1. Log in to your account at https://account.stonylab.com.
  2. Go to the Orders page and click "Request return" for the relevant order.
  3. If your order has multiple items, select the ones you wish to return.
  4. Choose a return reason and add any necessary notes.
  5. Click "Request return" to submit your request.

StonyLab reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

 

Cancellation Policy

At StonyLab, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy:

Cancel Within 1 Hour

  • You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
  • To cancel:
    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Go to your Orders page and click "Cancel" for the relevant order.
    3. Select a cancellation reason and submit your request.

Cancel After 1 Hour

  • If more than 1 hour has passed, please contact us at support@stonylab.com to request a cancellation.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may need to follow our Return Policy instead.
