Return Policy

At StonyLab, we value every customer and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 35 days of the delivery date, subject to the return conditions and exclusions outlined below.

Return requests submitted more than 35 days after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Guidelines

• Labware: Returns are accepted within 35 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original, saleable condition. All original packaging, accessories, labels, and included components must be returned with the product.
• Equipment: Returns are accepted within 35 days of delivery only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition. All original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, labels, and included components must be intact and included. Both the equipment and its packaging must remain in resalable condition. A restocking fee applies once the equipment has been shipped:
  • Small equipment: Minimum 10% restocking fee
  • Large equipment (>70 lb): 40% restocking fee
• Catalysts: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Crystals: Returns accepted only if there is a quality issue. Contact us within 35 days of receipt with clear photos for evaluation.
• Custom Products: Non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Bulk Purchases: Final sale. No returns accepted.
  

Return Condition and Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt by StonyLab.

Returned items must meet the applicable return conditions above and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and components.

StonyLab reserves the right to reject a return or make an appropriate deduction from the refund if the product or its packaging is opened, used, damaged, incomplete, altered, missing components, or otherwise not in resalable condition.

Approval of a return request does not constitute final approval of a refund. Final refund eligibility and the refund amount will be determined after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping is free for eligible products. For non-eligible or special items, shipping and restocking fees may apply.

How to Request a Return

You can submit a return request through your StonyLab account:

1. Log in to your account at https://account.stonylab.com.
2. Go to the Orders page and click "Request return" for the relevant order.
3. If your order has multiple items, select the ones you wish to return.
4. Choose a return reason and add any necessary notes.
5. Click "Request return" to submit your request.

StonyLab reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

Cancellation Policy

At StonyLab, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our cancellation policy:

Cancel Within 1 Hour

• You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
• To cancel:
  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to your Orders page and click "Cancel" for the relevant order.
  3. Select a cancellation reason and submit your request.

Cancel After 1 Hour

• If more than 1 hour has passed, please contact us at support@stonylab.com to request a cancellation.
• If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may need to follow our Return Policy instead.
