Warranty Terms
StonyLab provides comprehensive warranty to the original purchaser of all lab glassware, accessories, and equipment sold through our store. These warranties cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage

- 1 year of full coverage.
- Main components: 2 years of full coverage.
- Optional extensions for the 2nd and 3rd years are available at an affordable cost.

- 1 year of full coverage, ensuring worry-free use in your lab.
Repair or Replacement Policy
If a defect in materials or workmanship is found during the warranty period, StonyLab will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product using new or refurbished parts or a replacement product. The choice to repair or replace will be determined based on the severity of the defect.
How to Obtain Warranty Service?
Contact us through support@stonylab.com to initiate a warranty claim.Shipping for Service
Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipment. StonyLab is not liable for damage incurred during shipping to our service facility. Products must be shipped within 30 days of identifying an issue covered by the warranty.
Exclusions and Limitations
These warranties apply only to StonyLab-branded products identifiable by the StonyLab logo or trade name. The following exclusions apply:
- Consumable items (e.g., batteries) unless damaged due to defective materials or workmanship
- Damage from using non-StonyLab parts or accessories
- Warranty is void if the serial number is removed or altered
- Use of aftermarket accessories or modifications will void the warranty
- Use of an extension cord instead of a direct connection to power
- Unauthorized repairs
- External factors such as power surges, acts of God, or misuse
Governing Law
These warranties are governed by the laws of the State of New York and may grant specific legal rights, which may vary by state or country.
Regional Warranty Terms
U.S. Continental (48 States)
- One-year comprehensive and one-year limited warranties apply.
- StonyLab covers repair or replacement of defective parts. The consumer is responsible for replacement costs due to misuse or neglect.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico
- The same warranty periods apply.
- Consumers are responsible for transportation costs to and from a local service provider or StonyLab. Repairs must be performed by StonyLab-approved technicians.
International Warranty
- For customers outside the above regions, StonyLab provides a one-year limited warranty with support via telephone and email.
- Parts deemed necessary will be provided at our discretion. Consumers are responsible for local service, transportation, and delivery costs.
Consumer Responsibilities
- Proper use and installation of the product according to the manual and local codes.
- Use of a grounded power supply and maintenance of the product in clean conditions.
- Proper shipping and handling during installation or servicing.
- Maintenance and operation of equipment within the specified environmental conditions (e.g., not exceeding temperatures of 95°F/35°C or falling below 35°F/2°C).
Service
Consumers must retain proof of purchase (e.g., delivery slip, receipt) to verify the warranty period. For warranty service, contact StonyLab directly.

To provide a better customer shopping experience, here we proudly introduce our 1-year Limited Breakage Compensation Program.
This program is designed to offer peace of mind to our customers in case of accidental breakage. If you accidentally break an item within one year from the original purchase date, we will offer you a 10% discount on your next order of the same item.
Please note that this program applies only to accidental breakage and does not cover intentional or reckless damage. Also, please be aware that the discount can only be applied to the same item that was accidentally broken, and it cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
