I’ve been using this graphite electrode holder in electrochemistry experiments. It’s easy to set up, holds samples securely, and gives stable, consistent readings. The build feels solid and it works reliably in our lab setup without any issues.

I was initially a bit concerned after seeing some reviews and reached out to customer service for clarification. They explained that graphite is a brittle material with a layered internal structure, which means it has lower impact resistance and can crack if exposed to uneven force or over-tightening.

After understanding this, I decided to proceed and use it carefully. So far, I’ve used it several times in my setup and it has been working well without any issues. As long as it’s handled properly and not over-stressed mechanically, it performs reliably.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the product and it meets my expectations for lab use.

The custom service is good and sent me a replacement immediately after I wrote the previous review. However, the new one broke again after one day of use. My electrolyte is 0.1M KHCO3 and the holder is used for working electrode.

After using for only a week (not every day, probably three times), this electrode is already broken. Poor quality.
