ZnO Single Crystal Substrate

Our team purchased this ZnO single crystal substrate for semiconductor thin film research. The orientation of this substrate is very precise and we chose the C-side version for optical device development. The single-sided polished design has a very smooth surface with a low roughness of 5? or less, allowing for more stable film deposition and a significant reduction in errors in our experiments. Upon completion of the experiment, the equipment operation and data results were very satisfactory. It is worth recommending!
