• Versatile Electrode Substrate: suitable for PEMFC, DMFC, Microbial Fuel Cells, and Supercapacitors, this electrode substrate also serves as a Gas Diffusion Layer (GDL) with stable conductivity and structural reliability
• Available in four types: SL330N (Flexible Hydrophilic), SL330P (Flexible Hydrophobic), SL331N (Rigid Hydrophilic), and SL331P (Rigid Hydrophobic) to meet different application needs
• Size and Thickness: standard sheet size is 16×16 cm, with custom sizes available, and thickness is 0.33 mm for flexible types and 0.35 mm for rigid types, with a tolerance of ±0.02 mm
• Performance as Specified: flexible types have longitudinal resistance below 0.12 x 10⁻² Ω and areal weight of 160-180 g/m², while rigid types have resistance below 0.11 x 10⁻² Ω and areal weight of 190-210 g/m²
• Pre-Treated Surface: the surface is pre-treated as hydrophilic or hydrophobic with defined rigidity, allowing direct integration into cell stacks and electrode fabrication without additional processing
