Previously, electrospinning experiments were always hectic. The intelligent control of this machine really helps a lot. Once the voltage and rotation speed are set, I can confidently attend to other experiments. The machine runs very steadily, and I used it continuously for three hours without any heating anomalies or shutdowns.

Previously, adjusting electrospinning parameters was very time-consuming. Now, after setting the parameters, multiple samples can be processed simultaneously. It is especially suitable for research teams and significantly improves efficiency.

Both voltage and rotation speed can be precisely set, and the intelligent control panel is intuitive. During electrospinning experiments, I can precisely control the fiber stretching speed, achieving excellent repeatability.

Our team conducts tissue engineering experiments, and the fibers produced with this machine are very uniform, with clear and controllable pore structures. Previously, the equipment occasionally produced uneven fibers, but this machine clearly improved the results.

Since our laboratory introduced this electrospinning machine, we have been able to continuously produce high-quality nanofibers. The high rotation speed ensures uniform fibers with stable diameters. I experimented with polyvinyl alcohol solution, and the voltage adjustment was very smooth with almost no fiber breakage.
