How to Use the Sealing Film?

The steps for using an Sealing Film are as follows:

1. Install the Cutter

Attach the cutter to the designated spot on the box, ensuring it is securely fixed for easy use during subsequent steps.

2. Feed the Sealing Film

Pull the sealing Film from the top opening of the box, and pull out an appropriate length of film as needed.

3. Cut the Sealing Film

After pulling out the desired length of film, smooth it out, then use the sliding cutter to trim it, ensuring a clean cut.

4. Peel off the Backing Paper

Start by gently peeling a corner of the backing paper from the pre-cut edge on the front of the film. Once the backing paper is peeled away, attach one side of the film to the bottle's opening, then simply peel off the rest of the backing.

5. Seal the Container

After peeling off the backing paper, gently stretch the film to ensure it tightly covers the containers opening. Press the film firmly to make sure it is securely wrapped and properly sealed.

6. Complete the Seal

Once the film is applied, you can tear off any excess film, ensuring no air gaps at the seal, which will effectively protect your samples from external contamination.

By following these steps, you will be able to easily and efficiently use our self-developed laboratory sealing Film, ensuring the integrity and safety of your experimental samples.
