Vertical Freeze Dryer with Vaccum Pump, -80°C Cold Trap, 0.08-0.12㎡ Drying Area, 4kg/Batch Water Capture Capacity
About this item
- Working Principle of the Freeze Dryer: By utilizing low-temperature freezing and vacuum drying technology, the moisture in the material sublimates directly from the solid state to the gas state, thereby achieving drying.
- Ideal for various fields including biological research, medical pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, food processing, and vocational institutions
- Rapid cooling with uniform temperature distribution on the inner walls of the cold trap
- The cold trap features a pre-freezing function for independent sample pre-freezing and a convenient defrosting capability
- Supports freeze-drying of ampoules, vials, glass bottles, plasma bottles, or trays
How to Choose the Right Lyophilizer:
Standard Type: Designed specifically for the freeze-drying of conventional bulk materials (liquids, pastes, solids) that can be placed directly on stainless steel trays.
Gland Type: Suitable for conventional bulk materials (liquids, pastes, solids) as well as contents in vials. Materials can also be sealed in vials for freeze-drying. The gland layers secures the vial caps to form a vacuum seal, allowing for long-term storage.
Manifold Type: Suitable for freeze-drying bulk materials (such as liquids, pastes, and solids) that can be placed directly on stainless steel trays, as well as materials that require stirring and shaking in bottle prior to freeze-drying. External pear-shaped or wide-mouth flasks allow independent drying and can be easily detached.
Multi-Manifold Gland Type: This type, built upon the gland-type freeze dryer, can connect to external flask and is suitable for conventional bulk materials that can be placed on stainless steel trays, vial contents, and materials that require stirring and shaking in bottles prior to freeze-drying. It also allows easy dispensing, sealing, and independent drying of external flask.
Recommended Vacuum Pump Oil: Vacuum pump oil with viscosity grade 100 (ISO VG 100).
